Public Storage expands portfolio with $5 million acquisition in New YorkREIT acquires modern self-storage facility in Webster through PS Northeast LLC
March 31, 2026: Self-storage real estate investment trust (REIT) Public Storage Inc., through its affiliate PS Northeast LLC, has acquired Value Storage Space in Webster, New York, from Philip Miglioratti for $5 million.
Built in 2019, the facility is located at 665 Phillips Road and consists of nine single-story buildings. It offers a mix of climate-controlled and drive-up storage units designed to meet a variety of customer needs.
Philip Miglioratti retains ownership of another Value Space facility in Webster.
Based in Glendale, California, Public Storage owns interests in 3,533 self-storage facilities across 40 states, representing approximately 258 million net rentable square feet.
