March 14, 2026: Chester’s Jay Street Self Storage in Rochester, Arkansas, was purchased by Jay Street Self Storage LLC, an entity associated with QStorageM in Bentonville, Arkansas, for $6 million. The facility at 1037 Jay St. offers 345 drive-up units, plus flex spaces. The seller was Chesters Self Storage-Jay Street LLC. QStorageM operates self-storage properties in nine states.
