March 15, 2026: Real estate investment firm Merit Hill Capital bought Pacific Melrose Mini Storage in Vista, California. Developed in 1980 on 1.32 acres at 527 Olive Ave., it offers 22,672 square feet in 162 units. It’ll be branded and operated by REIT CubeSmart. The seller, Pacific Melrose Mini Storage, was represented in the transaction by Dylan De Jong and Tom De Jong of The De Jong Self Storage Team. Merit Hill acquires, owns and manages self-storage properties nationwide.
