Homegrown Self Storage expands in Mississippi with three-property Radiant Portfolio acquisition450-Unit Portfolio in Gautier, Ocean Springs and Pascagoula Strengthens Gulf Coast Presence
February 16, 2026: Homegrown Self Storage has acquired the three-property Radiant Storage portfolio located in Gautier, Ocean Springs and Pascagoula, Mississippi, further expanding its footprint along the Gulf Coast.
The portfolio includes facilities at 2410 Bienville Blvd. in Gautier, 4203 Nathan Hale Ave. in Ocean Springs, and 3305 Townsend Road in Pascagoula. Collectively, the properties total 61,550 net rentable square feet across 450 storage units.
With this acquisition, Homegrown Self Storage continues to scale its national platform. The company now operates 18 facilities across 12 states, reinforcing its strategy of targeting growth markets with strong local demand fundamentals.
The seller was represented by Bill Barnhill, Stuart P. LaGroue Sr. and Sharon Wright, broker affiliates of Argus Self Storage Advisors, a Denver-based real estate brokerage network specializing in storage properties.
