The three-story location adds climate-controlled storage capacity to the region

February 5, 2026: The Storage Center has opened a new self-storage facility in Conway, Arkansas, expanding its portfolio of more than 70 locations across six states. Located at 425 6th St., the three-story property spans 85,200 square feet and features 706 climate-controlled units.

The project was constructed by Rosehill Construction of Prairieville, Louisiana. Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, The Storage Center provides a range of storage solutions, including climate-controlled, business, and vehicle storage options.
