Spanning 89,839 square feet, the property includes 483 climate-controlled and drive-up units designed to accommodate a variety of storage needs. The facility will be managed by Storage Asset Management, a York, Pennsylvania-based property management company. Auburn Storage is locally owned by graduates of Auburn University, reflecting strong local roots and community connection.
