December 14, 2025: Devon Self Storage and Inland Real Estate Investment Corp. converted a former warehouse and distribution facility in Camden, New Jersey. The property at 1501 Admiral Wilson Blvd. offers 110,000 net rentable square feet of self-storage in 1,070 climate-controlled units.

Devon manages more than 190 facilities in 31 states. Inland is comprised of independent commercial real estate and finance entities. It has more than $1.8 billion in assets under management.
