The property has been acquired from Denova Northwest, a homebuilder

December 15, 2025: Wentworth Storage Co., a commercial real estate company that specializes in acquisitions, development and management, acquired Store on Pittman Self Storage in Fairfield, California, from Denova Northwest, a homebuilder. It will be managed by Store Management, a third-party management company. The facility at 555 Pittman Road comprises 67,883 square feet in 667 units and 34 outdoor vehicle-parking spaces. Additionally, the property has been approved for a 13,900-square-foot, single-story expansion. The seller was represented in the transaction by Kevin Cuff, director, and Greg Wells, executive director, for Cushman & Wakefield, a provider of real estate services including consulting and appraisal, debt and equity financing, and sales and acquisitions.
