The redevelopment marks the 20^th self-storage project completed through the Inland and Devon partnership

November 7, 2025: Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation (Inland) and Devon Self Storage (Devon) have announced the completion of a new Class-A self-storage redevelopment in Fraser, Michigan. Located at 31475 Utica Road, about 15 miles northeast of downtown Detroit, the facility spans 85,330 square feet.

The redevelopment converted a former light-industrial building, originally constructed in 1975, into a modern two-story climate-controlled self-storage facility, complemented by exterior non-climate-controlled units and a drive-in area. The property includes approximately 750 storage units.

The project is the 20^th self-storage development completed through the Inland and Devon partnership. The facility benefits from its location among industrial and residential neighborhoods, with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and major transportation routes.
