November 9, 2025: Shurgard Self Storage Ltd., the European affiliate of Public Storage, is developing a new location in Teltow, a town in Brandenburg, Germany. Expected to open in late 2026, it will offer 72,118 square feet in 1,000 units. Shurgard operates 340 self-storage facilities comprising 1.7 million net rentable square meters in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden and the U.K.
