The new facility will be managed and branded by Space Shop Self Storage

September 12, 2025: Atlanta-based Noble Storage opened a multi-story self-storage building at 2345 Mill St. in Batavia, Illinois. Offering 968 climate-controlled units, the facility is managed and branded by Space Shop Self Storage, which operates more than 50 locations in seven states. Noble Storage is the real estate development arm of Noble Family Enterprises, a privately funded, family-owned business that invests in a broad spectrum of industries including aviation, dressage, insurance, medical, oil and gas, and telecom.
