New facility expected to open by next year

September 12, 2025: Hearthfire Holdings, a real estate investment firm specializing in self-storage, has begun construction on a new facility in Crest Hill, Illinois. The project is a joint venture with Condev Land & Development Group and is financed by Midland States Bank. Completion is expected next year.

The Crest Hill facility will add to Hearthfire’s growing portfolio in the Chicago region, which currently includes two operational properties in the southwest suburbs and a recently expanded site in Crete.

Hearthfire now operates 22 facilities across seven states, totaling over 1 million square feet and valued at more than $180 million.
