U Big Yellow Group has been in business since 1998

August 11, 2025: – Big Yellow Group PLC, a leading self-storage operator in the United Kingdom, has opened a new 70,000-square-foot facility on Lagonda Way in Staines.

Looking ahead, the company plans to launch three additional facilities next spring in Queensbury, Slough, and Wembley, with five more projects in the pipeline for development over the next two years.

Founded in 1998, Big Yellow Group currently operates 109 locations across the U.K. under the Big Yellow Self Storage and Armadillo brand names.
