Project to include self-storage, retail, car wash, and fast-food components

August 11, 2025: – Basis Industrial Acquisitions LLC is moving forward with plans for a new mixed-use development at 1456 Route 9D in Fishkill, New York. The site will feature a self-storage facility, car wash, fast-food restaurant, and retail space, while the existing gas station and convenience store will remain in operation.

The proposed self-storage building will span 75,057 square feet, adding a significant component to the diverse development.

Basis Industrial, a national real estate firm, currently owns and manages over 5 million square feet of multi-tenant industrial properties and 1 million square feet of self-storage across the United States.
