AKT Two Realty proposes 80,000+ square foot annex and site enhancements

August 11, 2025: AKT Two Realty LLC is pursuing site-plan approval and a special exception to expand its Vanguard Self Storage facility, located at 123 Oak Street in Port Chester, New York.
The proposed development includes an 80,538-square-foot annex that will add 750 new storage units to the 2.6-acre property. The existing facility currently offers 137,658 square feet across 804 units.

In addition to the new structure, the expansion plan includes upgraded site features such as enhanced lighting, improved landscaping, and a parking lot redesign that will reduce the number of spaces from 111 to 46 to better accommodate site usage.

AKT Two Realty LLC is based in New York and is a subsidiary of AKT Investments Inc., a land development company with a broad real estate portfolio.
