5 Glen Road CT LLC plans redevelopment of former case brothers Mill in Highland Park

August 11, 2025 – 5 Glen Road CT LLC is seeking approval to redevelop the former Case Brothers Mill property, located in the historic Highland Park village of Manchester, Connecticut, into a self-storage facility.

The 12.89-acre site includes five buildings of varying sizes. A key structure on the property is a two-story brick building offering 60,551 square feet of space above ground, along with a 7,350-square-foot unfinished basement. The developer intends to convert approximately 28,000 square feet of this space for self-storage use.

Additionally, a separate 1,470-square-foot gym on the property is slated to be converted into self-storage after the current lease expires in May. Some of the existing tenants may be allowed to continue operating on the site.

The property was acquired in May by 5 Glen Road CT LLC, a company based in Greenwich, New York.
