Deal includes expansion with two vacant floors

July 14, 2025: Apple City Storage LLC has acquired 529 Self Storage in Wenatchee, Washington, from Cabo Ventures LLC for $4.9 million.

Located at 521 S. Wenatchee Ave., the four-story facility features 53,217 square feet across 236 units, with two vacant floors offering significant room for future expansion.

The transaction was brokered by Ryan Layton and Greg Meager of American Real Estate Associates Inc., a Spokane-based firm specializing in self-storage and other investment properties.
