Storage Share facility to be integrated into nearby existing location

July 14, 2025: Shurgard Self Storage Ltd., the European affiliate of U.S.-based REIT Public Storage Inc., has acquired Storage Share in Amsterdam for €5.4 million from Minerva Investments and Stevaco Vastgoed B.V.

Located at Elektronstraat 16, 1014 AP, the facility includes 18,298 rentable square feet across 450 units. It will be integrated as an extension of a nearby existing Shurgard facility, enhancing the company's operational footprint in the area.

Shurgard currently operates 338 self-storage facilities totaling 1.7 million net rentable square meters across Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, and the U.K.
