The new property will be managed by West Coast Self Storage

May 7, 2025: Storage Solutions, which operates eight self-storage facilities in Washington, opened a new location in Spokane Valley. The multi-story building at 19311 E. Appleway Ave. comprises 70,395 square feet in 507 climate-controlled and drive-up units as well as vehicle storage. It’ll be managed by West Coast Self Storage, which oversees more than 140 facilities in five states.
