May 7, 2025: Go Store It Self Storage, an affiliate of Madison Capital Markets Group, opened a new location in Longwood, Florida. The 5-acre property at 1900 S. U.S. Highway 17-92 offers 83,000 square feet in 800 units as well as vehicle storage. Founded in 2014 and based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Go Store It operates 146 self-storage facilities in 23 states totaling more than 10 million square feet. Madison is a real estate investment and development firm with a primary focus in multi-family and self-storage.
