Jayeff Construction Corp. served as the general contractor. The property was acquired in November 2022 through DXD Self Storage Fund I. Based in Denver, DXD Capital is a real estate and private-equity firm that leverages data technology to make opportunistic investments. It focuses exclusively on the self-storage sector.
