August 1, 2024: Astrozon Self Storage in Colorado Springs, Colorado, sold to self-storage real estate trust (REIT) Extra Space Storage Inc. The facility at 3710 Astrozon Blvd. comprises 53,200 square feet in 668 units. The buyer and the seller, a local limited liability company (LLC), were represented by Charles "Chico" LeClaire, executive managing director of investments, and Adam Schlosser, senior managing director of investments, for The LeClaire-Schlosser Group of Marcus & Millichap (M&M). 

Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Extra Space owns or operates more than 3,651 self-storage facilities nationwide.
