U-Haul International has been in business since 1945

July 5, 2024: Able Mini Storage in Maplewood, Minnesota, sold to U-Haul International. The 1.8-acre property at 1810 Gervais Court offers 262 drive-up units. It was rebranded as U-Haul Storage of Maplewood. 

Established in 1945, Phoenix-based U-Haul owns and manages more than 86.8 million square feet of storage space in North America.
