July 5, 2024: Harrisonville Mini Storage in Harrisonville, Missouri, sold to KO Storage, which operates 229 locations in 24 states. The 4.6-acre property at 27613 S.W. Outer Road offers 58,470 rentable square feet in 270 units, spread across multiple floors. The seller, Harrisonville Storage LLC, was represented by Larry Goldman, a broker with Argus Self Storage Advisors, a Denver-based network of real estate brokers who specialize in storage properties. The operator also has two facilities in Missouri.
