The facility will be expected to open in 2026

June 26, 2024: Shurgard Self Storage Europe SARL, the European affiliate of U.S.-based REIT Public Storage Inc., is developing a facility in Berlin. Expected to open in 2026, it’ll comprise 72,118 square feet in 1,000 units. Shurgard operates 282 properties comprising 1.4 million net rentable square meters in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
