The property has been acquired for $3.5 million

June 26, 2024: Wedgewood Avenue, a commercial real estate investment firm headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, acquired a property in East Nashville for $3.5 million with intent to develop self-storage. Plans include a three-story building on the1.8-acre lot at 304 Oldham St. Wedgewood owns 14 self-storage facilities in Alabama, Florida and Tennessee.
