May 17, 2024: Kangaroo Self Storage is converting a 39,700-square-foot former warehouse in Sunderland, England, to a mixed-use project that’ll include self-storage, office space and meeting rooms. Expected to open this year, the facility off Wessington Way will offer more than 60,000 square feet of space. Headquartered in Haddington, East Lothian, Kangaroo operates 10 facilities in England and Scotland.
