The three-story building will comprise 113,000 square feet in 1,025 climate-controlled units

May 17, 2024: Hialeah Storage Associates, an affiliate of Blue Vista Capital Management and H&M Development, is developing a self-storage facility in Hialeah, Florida. The three-story building on the 2-acre site at 2401 W. Okeechobee Road will comprise 113,000 square feet in 1,025 climate-controlled units. The developer purchased the land for $5.58 million in 2023.
