May 8, 2024: Coro Realty Advisors, an Atlanta-based real estate investment and management firm, is developing four self-storage facilities in Georgia. The three-story Auburn Avenue Storage at 2525 Auburn Ave. G in Columbus will comprise 57,000 square feet. Georgetown Storage at 4470 Chamblee Dunwoody Road in Dunwoody is in the planning stage. The four-story facility will comprise 120,000 square feet. The two-story Lake Lanier Storage at 6401 McEver Road in Flowery Branch will comprise 75,000 rentable square feet of climate-controlled storage and 49,000 square feet of vehicle storage. Construction on Ridgewalk Storage at 295 Ridgewalk Parkway in Woodstock will begin this fall. Once complete, the two-story building will comprise 83,000 square feet, including a basement.
