The facility is expected to open early next year

March 27, 2024: A joint venture between BCDC and Madison Capital Partners is developing a Go Store It Self Storage in Charlottesville, Virginia. Plans for the property at the intersection of Rio Road West and Seminole Trail include a five-story building comprising 92,585 square feet in 704 units. Project partners include general contractor BenCo Construction Inc., architect JMN Architecture P.C. and civil engineer Shimp Engineering P.C. 

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Go Store It is an affiliate of Madison Capital, which specializes in the acquisition, development and management of self-storage properties nationwide.
