The facility is expected to be open in spring 2025

February 2, 2024: Amy's Attic Self Storage, which operates six facilities in Texas, is developing a new location in Killeen. Plans for the facility at the intersection of East Stagecoach and Featherline Roads, which is expected to open in spring 2025, call for 105,000 square feet. 

Founded in 2004, Amy’s Attic and its sister business, 1670 Properties, develops, owns and operates self-storage and multi-dwelling properties in Bell and McLennan Counties, Texas.
