The facility will be designed by Bate & Taylor Architects

January 30, 2024: Storage World, which operates three facilities in England, received permission to build a five-story building in Manchester. Plans for the 1.2-acre site off Ambrose St. call for the demolition of an existing 1970s warehouse and the construction of 125,000 square feet in up to 1,000 units. The facility will be designed by Bate & Taylor Architects. 

Storage World operates sites in Airport City, Manchester and Middleton, England.
