Go Store It Self Storage operates more than 80 facilities in 15 states

January 31, 2024: Go Store It Self Storage, an investment sponsor that focuses on self-storage properties, opened a new location in Monterey Park, California. The multi-story building at 505 Monterey Pass Road comprises 70,000 square feet in 802 climate-controlled units. 

Founded in 2013 and based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Go Store It is a privately held acquisition, development and property-management company. It operates more than 80 facilities in 15 states.
