BDC Holdings Inc. has been in business since 2017

November 28, 2023: Development and real estate firm BDC Holdings Inc. is seeking zoning approval to build a self-storage facility in Wethersfield, Connecticut. The company purchased the 11.9-acre parcel at 2180 Berlin Turnpike from the Turgeon/Spain Families for $565,000 earlier this month. Plans include 84,920 square feet of traditional self-storage and outdoor vehicle storage. It’s unclear whether the existing two-story residential building will be demolished or repurposed. 

Founded in 2017 and based in White Plains, New York, BDC owns and operates industrial, office, residential, retail, and self-storage properties in the Northeast.
