Once complete the site will offer 108,000 square feet

November 29, 2023: Attic Self Storage, which operates five facilities in England, is expanding its Kings Cross, London, location, adding 20,000 square feet at 270-276 York Way. The property will be rebranded as Hold Storage. 

Founded in 2006, Attic is family-owned and -operated. It also has two developments underway in Barking and Sunbury-on-Thames, England.
