StorAmerica is a participating regional operator of industry REIT National Storage Affiliates Trust

December 4, 2023: StorAmerica intends to build a self-storage facility in McCordsville, Indiana. The company received planning approval to subdivide a parcel on the southeast corner of West Broadway and CR 750 N. into two lots. A 6-acre section at the back of the site will house a proposed 91,000-square-foot storage facility, while more than an acre at the front will be preserved for future office or commercial space. Though the development still requires approval, city staff determined self-storage was the most appropriate use for the back lot.
