Construction is expected to be complete next fall

November 21, 2023: Basis Industrial is developing a self-storage facility in Melbourne, Florida. The building at 2560 Aurora Road will comprise 126,741 square feet in 955 climate-controlled units. It’ll be managed and branded by industry real estate investment trust (REIT) Extra Space Storage Inc. 

Basis Industrial recently secured an $11 million construction loan from American Momentum Bank. Based in Boca Raton, Florida, the company has 15 self-storage projects under development nationwide.
