The facility is expected to open in about a year

November 20, 2023: Phoenix-based U-Haul International Inc. is developing a self-storage facility in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada. Plans for the 4-acre property at 4401 25th Ave. include a multi-story building comprising 100,000 square feet in 700 indoor units.

Established in 1945, U-Haul owns and manages more than 82 million square feet of storage space nationwide.
