The facility will be managed and branded by Extra Space

November 21, 2023: LSC Development LLC completed construction of a self-storage facility in Hicksville, New York. The three-story building at 550 W. Old Country Road comprises 110,861 rentable square feet in 1,493 units. It was designed by Mancini Mui Architecture, with Pinnacle Commercial Development serving as contractor. Construction financing was secured from Centier Bank. The facility will be managed and branded by Extra Space. 

Based in Barrington, Illinois, LSC focuses on the acquisition, development and ownership of commercial properties including self-storage.
