November 22, 2023: Safeguard Self Storage is pleased to announce the successful completion of a significant parking expansion project at its Seffner location. The expansion, part of Safeguard's commitment to meeting the evolving storage needs of the community, added 53 new parking spaces, enhancing the facility's capacity, and offering convenient options for residents in Seffner and the surrounding areas. 

The parking expansion introduced 53 RV/boat storage spaces, 38 of them being covered with electrical hookups. This addition complements the existing 515 climate-controlled self-storage units, creating a comprehensive storage solution for residents in the Seffner area. The facility offers an array of amenities including touchless computer-controlled access, digital video recording, deliveries accepted for business customers, and more.
