September 20, 2023: Forge continues to expand its self-storage building footprint, recently adding projects in 11 new states: Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. In all, it has more than 100 developments in its pipeline through 2024.
