This will be the second acquisition in the Houston metropolitan market

September 20, 2023: Red Dot Storage, which operates 197 self-storage properties in 19 states, purchased 290 Self Storage in Cypress, Texas, in an off-market deal. The facility at 17433 Lewis Drive comprises 53,050 square feet in 359 units. It’s Red Dot’s second acquisition in the Houston metropolitan market. The company’s owned and managed portfolio comprises about 7.9 million rentable square feet.
