The property has been acquired for $57 million

August 31, 2026: StoreLocal, which manages more than 45 self-storage facilities across Australia, purchased two properties in Sydney for a combined $57 million. The newly built three-story building at 5 Abel St., in the commercial suburb of Jamisontown, comprises 67,877 square feet. 

The property at 3 Holbeche Road Industrial Estate, comprises 96,961 square feet across three floors. Both assets were developed by SeventySix, an Australian property-investment and development firm. Jason Edge and John Micallef of commercial real estate firm CBRE Group Inc. represented the seller, Akura, an Australian, family-owned industrial design and construction specialist.
