SAMARA lets operators query business data through text or voice and surface insights across their portfolios

August 28, 2026: Self Storage Manager, Inc. (SSM), an independent provider of enterprise property management software built exclusively for the self-storage industry, today announced the release of SAMARA, its new AI Agent embedded directly in the SSM Cloud platform. SAMARA, short for Self-storage AI Management and Reporting Assistant, brings conversational artificial intelligence into daily operations, giving operators a more intuitive way to access and act on their data.

Through natural language text or voice, users can ask SAMARA questions about their business and get answers across individual sites, regions, or an entire portfolio. Instead of running reports or clicking through dashboards, an operator can ask SAMARA directly, whether that's checking occupancy trends, comparing site performance, or reviewing delinquency across a region.

SAMARA also generates KPIs, trends, comparisons, and visualizations across key business metrics on demand, adding a conversational layer to business intelligence.
