10 Federal Storage expands Texas presence with new Lake Worth facility

The new three-story self-storage property will add nearly 77,000 rentable square feet and 786 storage units to serve the growing Lake Worth community


June 24, 2026: 10 Federal Storage, a leading self-storage operator with more than 135 facilities across 17 states, is set to open a new self-storage location in Lake Worth, Texas, this August. The new facility reflects the company’s continued commitment to expanding its storage footprint in high-demand markets and providing convenient storage solutions for local residents and businesses.


The three-story facility will feature 76,960 net rentable square feet and offer 786 storage units designed to accommodate a variety of storage needs. Customers will have access to modern, secure storage options suitable for personal belongings, business inventory, seasonal items, and more.


Construction of the facility is being handled by Solid Steel Structures Inc., a nationwide general contractor and construction company known for its expertise in the design, procurement, and erection of steel and metal buildings.
