Bend Self Storage to feature climate-controlled units

May 25, 2026: Signal Ventures is developing a new self-storage facility named Bend Self Storage in Bend, Oregon. The project is planned for a 1.9-acre site located at 20130 Badger Road. 

The proposed facility will offer approximately 92,584 net rentable square feet of storage space, featuring 877 climate-controlled storage units designed to meet growing customer demand for secure and temperature-regulated storage solutions.

JLL Capital Markets arranged a $15.5 million construction loan for the project through Live Oak Bank. The financing was coordinated by directors Jonah Aelyon, Taylor Gimian, and John Williamson. 

Founded in 2018 and based in Bend, Oregon, Signal Ventures is a commercial real estate development and investment company. The firm specializes in value-add residential properties, self-storage developments, and self-serve car wash operations across various markets.
