April 29, 2026: DXD Capital, a self-storage developer and investor, has opened a new facility in Georgetown. The four-story building, located at 2040 Airport Road, offers 94,975 net rentable square feet and includes 1,021 climate-controlled storage units.

The property was constructed by Capco General Contracting and will be managed by Extra Space Storage Inc., one of the largest operators in the self-storage industry.

Based in Denver, DXD Capital is a real estate and private-equity firm that leverages data and technology to identify opportunistic investments. The company focuses exclusively on the self-storage sector, targeting high-growth markets across the United States.
