April 29, 2026: CubeSmart, a self-storage real estate investment trust (REIT) and management company, has opened a new facility in New Braunfels. The multi-story property, located at 2265 Highway 46, spans approximately 90,000 square feet and is designed to serve the area’s increasing storage needs.
CubeSmart currently owns or manages more than 1,515 self-storage facilities across the United States, with an operating portfolio exceeding 90 million square feet.
The expansion reflects continued growth in the self-storage sector, particularly in rapidly developing regions like Texas, where population growth and business activity are driving demand for additional storage capacity.
