Rossford property to expand to over 1,000 units

April 20, 2026: U-Haul International Inc. has opened the first phase of a new self-storage facility at 10212 Sportsman Drive in Rossford.

The 9-acre property currently features 431 climate-controlled storage units, with plans to expand capacity to a total of 1,067 units in future phases.

Based in Phoenix, U-Haul owns and operates more than 1,800 self-storage facilities totaling approximately 98 million square feet across North America. In addition, the company manages over 24,000 truck-rental locations spanning all 50 U.S. states and 10 Canadian provinces.
