Partners Self Storage to redevelop former Elks Lodge site

April 20, 2026: Partners Self Storage LLC has received approval from the Marion County Development Review Committee to convert the former Silver Springs Shores Elks Lodge #2730 in Belleview into a self-storage facility.

The redevelopment will take place on a 5.6-acre parcel located at 7655 E. State Highway 55. Plans include the construction of 11 buildings totaling approximately 146,400 square feet, offering around 600 climate-controlled and drive-up storage units.

Partners Self Storage acquired the property in June 2024 for $610,000. Engineering services for the project will be managed by Kimley-Horn & Associates.

The company currently operates seven storage facilities across seven East Coast states and continues to expand its footprint through strategic redevelopment projects.
